Heat pumps, which are equipped with conveyor-type dishwashers, allow you to save up to 40% of the energy spent on heating water. An additional benefit of the system is its ability to effectively remove the heat generated by the pumps without harming the environment. Cooled and dry air is the optimal heat dissipation product for the atmosphere, designed in accordance with VDI 2052.

WASTE DISPOSAL AND RESOURCE RECYCLING WHEN USING A PRE-WASHING MODULE

PRE-WASHING ZONES P5, P6 AND DHM AND DOUBLE FILTRATION SYSTEM BY COMENDA.
This machine configuration allows you to reduce the amount of dirty water produced at the outlet to a minimum, as well as reuse waste water from the rinsing zone.

Waste collected during the pre-wash process is collected in a cartridge filter, which can be removed and cleaned even while the machine is running without stopping it. A second filter located directly above the pre-wash tank prevents dirt from returning back into the tank.
The third filter is located on the pump.

Conveyor belt dishwashers

Conveyor type dishwashers series NE1 - NE2 - NE3- these are improved models of dishwashers in which dishes are loaded directly onto the belt. Conveyor-type dishwashers are typically installed in hospitals, hotels, canteens, airport catering systems and other facilities with large quantities of similar dishes.
