This standard applies to stands on which the measuring head and the product being monitored are mounted, and to stands on which only the measuring head is mounted.

The requirements of clauses 2.7-2.9, 2.12-2.15 are mandatory, other requirements of this standard are recommended.



1. TYPES, MAIN PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

1.1. Stands and tripods must be made of the following types:

C-I - racks for measuring heads with a division value of 0.00005-0.0005 mm (Fig. 2);

C-II - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.001-0.005 mm (Fig. 2);

C-III - small-sized racks for measuring heads with a division value of 0.001-0.01 mm (Fig. 3);

C-IV - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm or more (Fig. 4);

Sh-1 - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.002-0.005 mm (Fig. 5);

Ш-II - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm (Fig. 5) in two versions: with a low column Ш-IIН and with a high column Ш-IIВ;

Ш-III - lightweight tripods for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm or more (Fig. 5);

ShM-I - tripods with a magnetic base for measuring heads with a division value of 0.002-0.005 mm (Fig. 6);

ШМ-II - stands with a magnetic base for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm (Fig. 6) in two versions: with a low column ШМ-IIН and with a high column ШМ-IIВ;

ShM-III - lightweight tripods with a magnetic base for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm or more (Fig. 6).

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Racks and tripods must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.


2.2. All movements of parts and assemblies of racks and tripods must be carried out smoothly, without jamming.

2.3. The design of stands and tripods must ensure reliable fastening of the measuring head and moving parts and assemblies in the installed position.

2.4. The design of the tripods must provide the ability to install the measuring head in any position in the space determined by the height of the column and the maximum extension of the rod. In this case, the stability of tripods of types Sh-I, Sh-II, Sh-III must be ensured at any location of the measuring head.

2.5. Stands and tripods should not have any noticeable motion when installed on a class 1 surface plate according to GOST 10905.

2.6. The force of separation of stands with a magnetic base from the surface with a roughness parameter = 0.25 μm according to GOST 2789 should be at least 300 N for tripods of types ShM-I and ShM-IIН, for tripods of type ShM-III - at least 150 N, for tripods type ШМ-IIВ - 1000 H.


2.7. Stands and tripods, with the exception of stand type C-IV and tripods types Ш-III and ШМ-III, must have a device for fine adjustment to size (for microfeed) in accordance with Table 3.

2.8. At the maximum lift of the bracket, the deflection of the stand at the point where the measuring head is attached under the influence of a force of 2 N applied along the measurement line should not exceed those indicated in Table 4.

2.9. At the maximum rise and reach of the rod, the deflection of the tripod at the point of fastening the measuring head under a load of 1 N applied along the measurement line should not exceed those indicated in Table 5.

2.10. Racks of types C-I and C-II must have a device for moving the bracket along the column, providing the smallest amount of movement of no more than 0.05 mm.

The bracket of these racks should not fall under the influence of its own weight and an additional force of 15 N (with the clamp released).

2.11. Under the influence of a force of 30 N on the fixed table (main and additional) of racks of types C-I and C-II, the reading of the measuring head should not change by more than 0.0005 mm for racks of type C-I and 0.001 mm for racks of type C-II, with return to its original position after removing the load.

For racks of types C-I and C-II with a rigid non-adjustable table, under the influence of a force of 30 N on the table (main or additional), the change in the readings of the measuring head should not change by more than 0.0001 mm.

2.12. The flatness tolerance of the working (support and side base) surfaces of the base of tripods of types Ш-I, Ш-II, Ш-III is 0.01 mm (only concavity is allowed), the tolerance of perpendicularity of the side base surfaces of the base to the supporting surface is 0.1 mm per the entire height of the lateral base surfaces of the base.


2.13. The tolerance for straightness of the pillars of types C-I and C-II forming the column is 0.01 mm along the entire length.


2.14. The tolerance for perpendicularity of the axis of the hole for the measuring head to the working surface of the table of the racks along the length must correspond to that specified in Table 6.

2.15. The flatness tolerance of the working surface of the rack tables must correspond to that specified in Table 7 (only convexity is allowed).

2.18. External non-working surfaces of parts of racks and tripods must have a corrosion-resistant coating in accordance with GOST 9.032 and GOST 9.303.

2.19. At the customer's request, with racks of type C-I, means of protection against the thermal influence of the controller must be manufactured, and with racks of type C-II - an emphasis for orienting the product during measurements with a working surface hardness of at least 61 HRC and a roughness of 0.080 microns according to GOST 2789.

2.20. At the customer's request, the following must be additionally manufactured with racks of type C-I:

a) a round smooth table with a diameter of at least 90 mm with a device for setting the working surface of the table parallel to the measuring surface of the flat tip of the head with a deviation of no more than 0.0001 mm with a tip diameter of 8 mm;

b) a round ribbed table with a diameter of at least 60 mm with a spherical insert protruding 0.002-0.003 mm above its working surface;

c) a round ribbed table with a diameter of at least 60 mm with a middle rib protruding above the other ribs by 0.0004-0.0006 mm;

d) bracket with a connecting diameter of 8H8.

At the customer's request, the following must be additionally manufactured with type C-II racks:

a) a round smooth table with a diameter of at least 90 mm with a device for setting the working surface of the table parallel to the measuring surface of the flat tip of the head with a deviation of no more than 0.0003 mm with a tip diameter of 8 mm for measurement sheet materials and parts with ledges and recesses;

b) bracket with a connecting diameter of 8H8.

At the customer's request with racks of type C-III, a round smooth overhead table with holes with a diameter of 0.4 to 3.5 mm for measuring the shoulders and shoulders of small parts must be additionally manufactured.

2.21. At the customer's request, centers and devices for monitoring tape and wire must be manufactured for racks of types C-I and C-II. For racks of type C-I, at the customer's request, sliders for end measures must also be manufactured.

2.22. The average shelf life of stands and tripods should be at least three years.

3. LABELING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

3.1. Stands and tripods must be packed in cases or covers.

3.2. Marking of stands, tripods and cases must be carried out in accordance with GOST 13762, with the exception of marking on stands and tripods of measurement limits and the division price of the device.

3.3. Packaging, transportation and storage of stands and tripods - in accordance with GOST 13762.

Transportation of stands and tripods in containers may be carried out in cases without packaging in transport containers. In this case, cases with stands and tripods must be secured in such a way that the possibility of their movement is excluded.

3a. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3a.1. To verify compliance with the requirements of this standard, stands and tripods should be subject to acceptance inspection and periodic testing.

3a.2. During acceptance inspection, stands and tripods should be checked for compliance with the requirements of clauses 2.2, 2.3, 2.5-2.15, 2.16 (in terms of roughness), 2.17, 2.19 (in terms of roughness), 2.20, 2.21.

3a.1, 3a.2. (Introduced additionally, Amendment No. 3).

3a.3. Periodic tests are carried out at least once every three years on at least three stands and three tripods. Racks and tripods that have passed acceptance control should be periodically tested for compliance with all the requirements of this standard, except clauses 2.22, 2.23, 2.23b.

The indicators of paragraphs 2.22, 2.23, 2.23b must be confirmed during periodic testing by the results of an analysis of the controlled operation of at least five racks and five tripods.

If during testing it is found that stands and tripods comply with all the requirements of this standard, then the results of periodic testing are considered positive.

3b. CONTROL AND TEST METHODS

3b.1. Verification of stands and tripods should be carried out according to MI 1673.

(Introduced additionally, Amendment No. 3; amended edition, Amendment No. 6).

3b.2. The impact of environmental climatic factors during transportation is checked in climatic chambers. Tests are carried out in the following modes: at temperatures plus (50±3) °C, minus (50±3) °C and at relative humidity (95±3)% at a temperature of 35 °C. Exposure in climatic chambers in each mode is 2 hours. The test results are considered satisfactory if all tested stands comply with the requirements of clause 2.14, and tripods - with clause 2.9.

3b.3. When checking the influence of transport shaking, an impact stand is used, which creates shaking with an acceleration of 30 m/s at a frequency of 80 to 120 beats per minute. Boxes with packaged products are attached to the stand and tested with a total number of impacts of 15,000. The test results are considered satisfactory if all tested stands comply with the requirements of clause 2.14, and tripods - with clause 2.9.

4. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

4.1. The manufacturer guarantees that stands and tripods comply with the requirements of this standard, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage.

The warranty period for tripods is 18 months, racks are 24 months from the date of commissioning.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Racks and tripods must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. All movements of parts and assemblies of stands and tripods must be carried out smoothly, without jamming.

2.3. The design of stands and tripods must ensure reliable fastening of the measuring head and moving parts and assemblies in the installed position.

2.4. The design of the tripods must provide the ability to install the measuring head in any position in the space determined by the height of the column and the maximum extension of the rod. In this case, the stability of tripods of types LLM, Sh-P, Sh-Sh must be ensured at any location of the measuring head.

2.5. Stands and tripods should not have any noticeable motion when installing them on a class 1 surface plate according to GOST 10905-75.

2 6. The force of separation of stands with a magnetic base from the surface with a roughness parameter = 0.25 microns according to GOST 2789-73 should be at least 300 N for stands of types ShM-I and ShM-PN; for ShM-Sh tripods - at least 150 N; for ShM-NV tripods - 1000 n.

2.7. Stands and tripods, with the exception of stand type C-IV and tripods of types Sh-Sh and ShM-Sh, must have a device for fine adjustment to size (for microfeed) in accordance with Table. 3.

Notes

1. It is allowed to manufacture racks type S-P without a device for fine adjustment to size, provided that the stands are manufactured complete with measuring heads that have a device for fine adjustment to size.

2. At the customer’s request, type S-1 II racks can be manufactured without a device for thin installation to size

2.12. The flatness tolerance of the working (support and side base) surfaces of the base of tripods types Ш-I, Ш-П, Ш-Ш is 0.01 mm (only concavity is allowed), the tolerance of perpendicularity of the side base surfaces of the base to the supporting surface is 0.1 mm per the entire height of the base.

3. LABELING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

3.1. Stands and tripods must be packed in cases or covers.

3.2. Marking of stands, tripods and cases must be carried out in accordance with GOST 13762-80, with the exception of marking on stands and tripods of measurement limits and the division price of the device.

1. TYPES, MAIN PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

1.1. Stands and tripods must be made of the following types:

C-II - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.001-0.005 mm (Fig. 2);

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Racks and tripods must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.


2.2. All movements of parts and assemblies of racks and tripods must be carried out smoothly, without jamming.

2.3. The design of stands and tripods must ensure reliable fastening of the measuring head and moving parts and assemblies in the installed position.

2.4. The design of the tripods must provide the ability to install the measuring head in any position in the space determined by the height of the column and the maximum extension of the rod. In this case, the stability of tripods of types Sh-I, Sh-II, Sh-III must be ensured at any location of the measuring head.

2.5. Stands and tripods should not have any noticeable motion when installed on a class 1 surface plate according to GOST 10905.

2.6. The force of separation of stands with a magnetic base from the surface with a roughness parameter = 0.25 μm according to GOST 2789 should be at least 300 N for tripods of types ShM-I and ShM-IIН, for tripods of type ShM-III - at least 150 N, for tripods type ШМ-IIВ - 1000 H.


2.7. Stands and tripods, with the exception of stand type C-IV and tripods types Ш-III and ШМ-III, must have a device for fine adjustment to size (for microfeed) in accordance with Table 3.

2.8. At the maximum lift of the bracket, the deflection of the stand at the point where the measuring head is attached under the influence of a force of 2 N applied along the measurement line should not exceed those indicated in Table 4.

2.10. Racks of types C-I and C-II must have a device for moving the bracket along the column, providing the smallest amount of movement of no more than 0.05 mm.

The bracket of these racks should not fall under the influence of its own weight and an additional force of 15 N (with the clamp released).

2.11. Under the influence of a force of 30 N on the fixed table (main and additional) of racks of types C-I and C-II, the reading of the measuring head should not change by more than 0.0005 mm for racks of type C-I and 0.001 mm for racks of type C-II, with return to its original position after removing the load.

For racks of types C-I and C-II with a rigid non-adjustable table, under the influence of a force of 30 N on the table (main or additional), the change in the readings of the measuring head should not change by more than 0.0001 mm.

2.12. The flatness tolerance of the working (support and side base) surfaces of the base of tripods of types Ш-I, Ш-II, Ш-III is 0.01 mm (only concavity is allowed), the tolerance of perpendicularity of the side base surfaces of the base to the supporting surface is 0.1 mm per the entire height of the lateral base surfaces of the base.


2.13. The tolerance for straightness of the pillars of types C-I and C-II forming the column is 0.01 mm along the entire length.


2.14. The tolerance for perpendicularity of the axis of the hole for the measuring head to the working surface of the table of the racks along the length must correspond to that specified in Table 6.

This standard applies to stands on which the measuring head and the product being monitored are mounted, and to stands on which only the measuring head is mounted.

The requirements of clauses 2.7-2.9, 2.12-2.15 are mandatory, other requirements of this standard are recommended.



1. TYPES, MAIN PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

1.1. Stands and tripods must be made of the following types:

C-I - racks for measuring heads with a division value of 0.00005-0.0005 mm (Fig. 2);

C-II - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.001-0.005 mm (Fig. 2);

C-III - small-sized racks for measuring heads with a division value of 0.001-0.01 mm (Fig. 3);

C-IV - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm or more (Fig. 4);

Sh-1 - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.002-0.005 mm (Fig. 5);

Ш-II - stands for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm (Fig. 5) in two versions: with a low column Ш-IIН and with a high column Ш-IIВ;

Ш-III - lightweight tripods for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm or more (Fig. 5);

ShM-I - tripods with a magnetic base for measuring heads with a division value of 0.002-0.005 mm (Fig. 6);

ШМ-II - stands with a magnetic base for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm (Fig. 6) in two versions: with a low column ШМ-IIН and with a high column ШМ-IIВ;

ShM-III - lightweight tripods with a magnetic base for measuring heads with a division value of 0.01 mm or more (Fig. 6).

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Racks and tripods must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.


2.2. All movements of parts and assemblies of racks and tripods must be carried out smoothly, without jamming.

2.3. The design of stands and tripods must ensure reliable fastening of the measuring head and moving parts and assemblies in the installed position.

2.4. The design of the tripods must provide the ability to install the measuring head in any position in the space determined by the height of the column and the maximum extension of the rod. In this case, the stability of tripods of types Sh-I, Sh-II, Sh-III must be ensured at any location of the measuring head.

2.5. Stands and tripods should not have any noticeable motion when installed on a class 1 surface plate according to GOST 10905.

2.6. The force of separation of stands with a magnetic base from the surface with a roughness parameter = 0.25 μm according to GOST 2789 should be at least 300 N for tripods of types ShM-I and ShM-IIН, for tripods of type ShM-III - at least 150 N, for tripods type ШМ-IIВ - 1000 H.


2.7. Stands and tripods, with the exception of stand type C-IV and tripods types Ш-III and ШМ-III, must have a device for fine adjustment to size (for microfeed) in accordance with Table 3.

1. It is allowed to manufacture racks of type C-II without a device for fine adjustment to size, provided that the racks are manufactured complete with measuring heads that have a device for fine adjustment to size.

2.8. At the maximum lift of the bracket, the deflection of the stand at the point where the measuring head is attached under the influence of a force of 2 N applied along the measurement line should not exceed those indicated in Table 4.

2.9. At the maximum rise and reach of the rod, the deflection of the tripod at the point of fastening the measuring head under a load of 1 N applied along the measurement line should not exceed those indicated in Table 5.

2.10. Racks of types C-I and C-II must have a device for moving the bracket along the column, providing the smallest amount of movement of no more than 0.05 mm.

The bracket of these racks should not fall under the influence of its own weight and an additional force of 15 N (with the clamp released).

2.11. Under the influence of a force of 30 N on the fixed table (main and additional) of racks of types C-I and C-II, the reading of the measuring head should not change by more than 0.0005 mm for racks of type C-I and 0.001 mm for racks of type C-II, with return to its original position after removing the load.

For racks of types C-I and C-II with a rigid non-adjustable table, under the influence of a force of 30 N on the table (main or additional), the change in the readings of the measuring head should not change by more than 0.0001 mm.

2.12. The flatness tolerance of the working (support and side base) surfaces of the base of tripods of types Ш-I, Ш-II, Ш-III is 0.01 mm (only concavity is allowed), the tolerance of perpendicularity of the side base surfaces of the base to the supporting surface is 0.1 mm per the entire height of the lateral base surfaces of the base.


2.13. The tolerance for straightness of the pillars of types C-I and C-II forming the column is 0.01 mm along the entire length.


2.14. The tolerance for perpendicularity of the axis of the hole for the measuring head to the working surface of the table of the racks along the length must correspond to that specified in Table 6.

2.15. The flatness tolerance of the working surface of the rack tables must correspond to that specified in Table 7 (only convexity is allowed).

2.18. External non-working surfaces of parts of racks and tripods must have a corrosion-resistant coating in accordance with GOST 9.032 and GOST 9.303.

2.19. At the customer's request, with racks of type C-I, means of protection against the thermal influence of the controller must be manufactured, and with racks of type C-II - an emphasis for orienting the product during measurements with a working surface hardness of at least 61 HRC and a roughness of 0.080 microns according to GOST 2789.

2.20. At the customer's request, the following must be additionally manufactured with racks of type C-I:

a) a round smooth table with a diameter of at least 90 mm with a device for setting the working surface of the table parallel to the measuring surface of the flat tip of the head with a deviation of no more than 0.0001 mm with a tip diameter of 8 mm;

b) a round ribbed table with a diameter of at least 60 mm with a spherical insert protruding 0.002-0.003 mm above its working surface;

c) a round ribbed table with a diameter of at least 60 mm with a middle rib protruding above the other ribs by 0.0004-0.0006 mm;

d) bracket with a connecting diameter of 8H8.

At the customer's request, the following must be additionally manufactured with type C-II racks:

a) a round smooth table with a diameter of at least 90 mm with a device for setting the working surface of the table parallel to the measuring surface of the flat tip of the head with a deviation of no more than 0.0003 mm with a tip diameter of 8 mm for measuring sheet materials and parts with ledges and recesses;

b) bracket with a connecting diameter of 8H8.

At the customer's request with racks of type C-III, a round smooth overhead table with holes with a diameter of 0.4 to 3.5 mm for measuring the shoulders and shoulders of small parts must be additionally manufactured.

2.21. At the customer's request, centers and devices for monitoring tape and wire must be manufactured for racks of types C-I and C-II. For racks of type C-I, at the customer's request, sliders for end measures must also be manufactured.

2.22. The average shelf life of stands and tripods should be at least three years.

3. LABELING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

3.1. Stands and tripods must be packed in cases or covers.

3.2. Marking of stands, tripods and cases must be carried out in accordance with GOST 13762, with the exception of marking on stands and tripods of measurement limits and the division price of the device.

3.3. Packaging, transportation and storage of stands and tripods - in accordance with GOST 13762.

Transportation of stands and tripods in containers may be carried out in cases without packaging in transport containers. In this case, cases with stands and tripods must be secured in such a way that the possibility of their movement is excluded.

3a. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3a.1. To verify compliance with the requirements of this standard, stands and tripods should be subject to acceptance inspection and periodic testing.

3a.2. During acceptance inspection, stands and tripods should be checked for compliance with the requirements of clauses 2.2, 2.3, 2.5-2.15, 2.16 (in terms of roughness), 2.17, 2.19 (in terms of roughness), 2.20, 2.21.

3a.1, 3a.2. (Introduced additionally, Amendment No. 3).

3a.3. Periodic tests are carried out at least once every three years on at least three stands and three tripods. Racks and tripods that have passed acceptance control should be periodically tested for compliance with all the requirements of this standard, except clauses 2.22, 2.23, 2.23b.

The indicators of paragraphs 2.22, 2.23, 2.23b must be confirmed during periodic testing by the results of an analysis of the controlled operation of at least five racks and five tripods.

If during testing it is found that stands and tripods comply with all the requirements of this standard, then the results of periodic testing are considered positive.

3b. CONTROL AND TEST METHODS

3b.1. Verification of stands and tripods should be carried out according to MI 1673.

3b.2. The impact of environmental climatic factors during transportation is checked in climatic chambers. Tests are carried out in the following modes: at temperatures plus (50±3) °C, minus (50±3) °C and at relative humidity (95±3)% at a temperature of 35 °C. Exposure in climatic chambers in each mode is 2 hours. The test results are considered satisfactory if all tested stands comply with the requirements of clause 2.14, and tripods - with clause 2.9.

3b.3. When checking the influence of transport shaking, an impact stand is used, which creates shaking with an acceleration of 30 m/s at a frequency of 80 to 120 beats per minute. Boxes with packaged products are attached to the stand and tested with a total number of impacts of 15,000. The test results are considered satisfactory if all tested stands comply with the requirements of clause 2.14, and tripods - with clause 2.9.

4. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

4.1. The manufacturer guarantees that stands and tripods comply with the requirements of this standard, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage.

The warranty period for tripods is 18 months, racks are 24 months from the date of commissioning.
