For a temporary test of performance, the ends of the wires can be soldered or tied directly to the lamp contacts, but I used ready-made clips.

We connect the electronic ballast to the network and see if the lamp lights up.

In general, it is not difficult to connect a lamp, it is much more difficult to find an application for this bundle in an apartment.

In everyday life, such lamps are rare, and if they are used, they already have a built-in electronic ballast. Now, if you make lamps or lighting with your own hands, then you can easily find a use for old, burned-out energy-saving lamps and thereby give them a second life.

Fluorescent lamps were invented when the patent system was not yet developed. They were produced without thinking about standards.
